Nature4Health has now come to an end. Over the three years of the project activities available included woodland walks, forest school, therapeutic gardening and practical conservation sessions to get the heart pumping, as well as the meditation technique of mindfulness in a natural setting.

Activities were all targeted at both adults and children, were designed to be welcoming to complete beginners, and ran for up to 16 weeks.
