Activities

Activities on offer include woodland walks, forest school, therapeutic gardening and practical conservation sessions to get the heart pumping, as well as the meditation technique of mindfulness in a natural setting.

Activities will be targeted at both adults and children, be designed to be welcoming to complete beginners, and will run for up to 16 weeks.
